Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, order processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Shipping Times

- Europe: 5–15 business days
- Remote Areas: 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website.
Tracking Information
Most orders include tracking information. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped within Europe, additional customs duties or import taxes are generally not expected. However, any customs fees, taxes, or import charges imposed by local authorities remain the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
Incorrect Address Information
